1:1 calls: 1 hour session What to expect: A modality to ground you into the session Your Dosha Quiz results & discussion Coping skills to utilize on your own Guiding you back on your own intuition & energetics to make decisions to unblock you & guide you in your future Therapeutic tools that utilize your mind/body and spirit After care: WhatsApp for 10 days after session to offer love support and anything that may surface during our session to help you ground yourself This is a 60 minute session via video You will get you an email with your dosha quiz, brief questionnaire & a time that will work for both of us to schedule via email. Session will be book as soon as 24 hours / agreed upon time to meet via video Who can this 1:1 session support: Any woman who feels like they need help discovering themselves, their inner power, emotional coping tools, embodiment practices, life purpose or direction, self worth, relational issues, goal setting and more! ***I am a licensed counselor and have practiced in group and 1:1 sessions since 2013. I will be utilizing therapy skills, embodiment practices, energetic tools and modalities that will assist you with finding your inner power to reach your potential. ***I will not be diagnosing you in any way ***As I therapist I embody the DO NO HARM RULE: WHICH IS: Everything we do together in sessions is strictly confidential and will only be used in broad terms if discussed for website reviews or social media conversations… ***I am only your insight guide and encourager to make positive lasting changes in your life and in these sessions you have to do the work ***You may feel worse before you are better, that’s healing work we will process it together in sessions and you will have access to telegram communication for 10 days after sessions, to ensure you can cope, identify and ground yourself moving forward in a safe space.
